betjelle Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page covers every money operation your betjelle account supports — from adding funds through Nagad or Upay to sending a withdrawal back to your Bank Transfer account. Each method sits inside the Cashier section of your account, reachable after login from the account menu at the top of the screen. Before you move any funds, check the deposit tab first: it shows the payment channels currently open for your region, the minimum amounts the system accepts, and the reference field you need to complete so the transaction matches your account record. Withdrawals follow a separate tab in the same Cashier screen.
Every money move on betjelle runs through account-level controls designed to keep your balance and wallet details secure. The four areas below describe the checks that sit between your wallet and your account — not abstract assurances, but the specific steps the system applies each time a transaction is submitted.
Domain Confirmation
Always transact from betjelle directly. The deposit screen shows the exact site URL in your browser bar before any payment step begins. If the address differs, close the tab and return through a saved or typed URL — never follow an unsolicited link to a payment page.
Identity Verification
Your account requires a one-time identity check before full withdrawal access is granted. This matches your account name to a valid document. The verification step is in your account settings under the profile section — the fields and document types accepted are listed there directly.
Wallet Ownership Check
Withdrawals are sent only to a wallet or bank account registered in your own name. If the name on your Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer account does not match your betjelle account name, the payout request will be held for manual review until ownership is confirmed.
Support Contact Path
If a transaction does not appear in your account history within the expected window, contact the support team through the Help link in your account menu. Have your wallet reference number and the transaction date ready — that information is what the support team needs to locate and resolve the issue.
TRANSACTION MATCHING
Matching Your Wallet Record to Your Account History
After any deposit or withdrawal, two records exist: one in your mobile wallet or bank app, and one in your betjelle account history. Knowing how to read both — and match them to each other — means you can confirm a successful transaction yourself without waiting for support. The four reference points below are what matter most.
Reference Number
Every Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer transaction generates a reference number. Your betjelle deposit form asks for this reference at submission. Keep it: if the account does not update, this number is the single most useful piece of evidence for the support team to trace the payment.
Status Labels
Your account transaction history shows one of three status labels — Pending, Confirmed or Rejected. Pending means the payment is under review. Confirmed means it has been applied to your balance. Rejected means an issue was found; the reason is usually shown alongside the status in your history tab.
Account History Tab
Open the Cashier section and select History to see every deposit and withdrawal your account has ever processed. Each entry shows the method used, the amount, the date and the current status. This is the record you screenshot if you need to raise a dispute with the support team.
Evidence to Keep
Save the payment confirmation screen from your Nagad or Upay app until the betjelle account history shows Confirmed. For Bank Transfer, save the bank receipt. These screenshots are the fastest way to resolve any mismatch — support can act on them directly without additional investigation steps.
PAYMENT METHODS
Your Payment Options in the betjelle Cashier
The Cashier tab inside your account lists the payment channels available for your region. We currently support three local methods for deposits and withdrawals. Each one is tied to the account name you registered with, so the wallet or bank account you use must be in the same name. The current state of each method — including any region-specific availability — is shown in your account dashboard after login.
Nagad
Send from your Nagad mobile wallet directly to the betjelle deposit address shown in the Cashier. Enter the Nagad transaction reference in the confirmation field before submitting.
Upay
Upay transfers are handled the same way — open the Cashier, select Upay, follow the payment fields, and enter your Upay reference number once the transfer is complete.
Bank Transfer
Use any Bangladesh bank account registered in your name. The Cashier shows the receiving account details and requires you to enter your bank reference number after transfer.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verifying Your betjelle Account Identity
Account verification is a one-time process that connects your registered name to a real identity document. It protects your balance: without it, anyone who gained access to your account could request a withdrawal to an unverified wallet. Once your identity is confirmed, withdrawals to your Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer account are processed against a record that only you own. The verification fields are inside your account settings under the Profile or Verification tab — the document types accepted and any size or format requirements are listed there. You do not need to verify to make a deposit, but withdrawal access is limited until the check is complete.
National ID or Passport
Upload a clear image of your National ID card or passport — front and back where required. The name on the document must match your betjelle account registration name exactly.
Wallet Name Match
The mobile wallet or bank account you plan to use for withdrawals must be registered in the same name as your identity document. Mismatches cause withdrawal holds and require manual review.
Verification Status
Once submitted, the verification status in your account settings updates to show whether the check is pending or approved. Approved status unlocks full withdrawal access with no further document steps.
SENDING MONEY OUT
Withdrawals from Your betjelle Balance
Taking money out of your betjelle account starts in the same Cashier section you use for deposits — the Withdraw tab is right alongside the Deposit tab. Before you start, check that your account verification is approved; an unverified account cannot complete a withdrawal. We send payouts only to wallets and bank accounts registered in your name, so the Nagad number, Upay account or Bank Transfer details you enter must match your identity document. Once a withdrawal is submitted, it appears in your account history with a Pending status while our team processes the request.
Open the Withdraw Tab
Log in and go to Cashier, then select Withdraw. The screen shows the methods available for your account and the minimum amount the system accepts for each one.
Enter Your Payout Details
Choose Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer. Enter the wallet number or bank account details registered in your name. Double-check the number before confirming — corrections after submission require a support request.
Submit and Note the Reference
Enter the withdrawal amount and submit. The system assigns a reference to the request — note it from your account history. This reference is the key detail if you need to follow up with support.
Track Status in History
The withdrawal entry in your account history moves from Pending to Confirmed when the transfer is sent. Confirmed means the funds are on their way to your Nagad, Upay or bank account.
ADDING FUNDS
Depositing into Your betjelle Account
Adding funds to your betjelle account is done through the Deposit tab in the Cashier section — open it after login from the account menu. The tab shows the payment methods available for your region alongside the minimum amount and any field instructions specific to each method. We accept Nagad, Upay and Bank Transfer for Bangladesh accounts.
Log In and Open Cashier
Go to betjelle and log in. Select the Cashier option from your account menu at the top of the screen. Choose the Deposit tab to see your available payment methods and their minimum amounts.
Choose Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer
Select your preferred method. The screen shows the receiving account details or wallet number to send your payment to. Copy these carefully before opening your Nagad, Upay or bank app.
Complete the Payment in Your Wallet App
Send the amount from your Nagad, Upay or bank account to the details shown on the deposit screen. Once the transfer is confirmed in your wallet app, you will have a transaction reference number.
Enter the Reference and Submit
Return to the betjelle deposit form and enter the transaction reference from your wallet app. Submit the form. The deposit entry appears in your account history and updates to Confirmed once matched.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Banking Questions About Your betjelle Account
These are the questions we hear most often about deposits, withdrawals and account verification. If your question is not answered here, the support team can be reached through the Help link in your account menu.
What is the minimum deposit amount on betjelle?
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method — Nagad, Upay and Bank Transfer — is shown directly in the Deposit tab of your Cashier after you log in. We do not publish a fixed amount here because minimums can vary by method and region.
Why has my Nagad deposit not appeared in my betjelle balance?
The most common reason is a missing or incorrect transaction reference in the deposit form. Check your account history in Cashier to see if the entry shows Pending. If it does and the reference was correct, contact support with your Nagad transaction reference number and the deposit date.
How long does a betjelle withdrawal take to reach my Upay account?
We do not publish specific payout times because processing depends on the method and volume at the time of submission. The status of your withdrawal is always visible in your account history. Contact support if the entry stays at Pending beyond the timeframe shown in the Cashier screen.
Do I need to verify my account before making a deposit?
You can deposit without completing verification, but full withdrawal access requires identity verification. We recommend completing the verification step in your account settings early so there is no hold when you request your first withdrawal to Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer.
Can I use a Nagad account registered in someone else's name?
No. We accept deposits and withdrawals only from wallets and bank accounts registered in the same name as your betjelle account. Payments from a differently named account are held for manual review, which delays your transaction until ownership is confirmed.
What should I do if my withdrawal was rejected?
Open your account history in Cashier and check the reason shown next to the rejected status. Common causes are a name mismatch on your wallet, incomplete verification or an incorrect account number. Fix the issue shown and resubmit, or contact support through the Help link if the reason is unclear.
